I guess this Company Doing the Discrimination for us, because almost 4 years, I working and serve for this Company but My status not clear due to I just sign contract only one times on December 2007, whereas I'm Join in this Company on May 15th 2006 until now as for ESP Field Engineer. but my Salary never Increas since I'm working and serve for this Company after almost 4 Years, Not me only, but another friend's also. and also this company never care about our insurance, don't want to provide us with a expense transportation. so My Inference, This Company " POWERLIFT ESP Daqing Pump Industry " triying to Colonize and Discrimination Indonesia Employee, with the reasons, don't ever increasing our salary during 4 Years almost, and don't want to provide us with which insurance reasonable, and also don't want to provide us with Transportation expense. and we are status not clear, because don't ever sign contrac since december 2007 until right now. We hope any have some instance from edict of human rights perhaps to protected us from this Company.
